We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Until 01 March 2024, by enrolling in our service, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee of £18 for a total of 12 months. The first month will be free, with your first payment due thereafter.
To facilitate your payments, you authorize us to initiate automatic monthly debits from your designated bank account. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of the 12-month term.
Payments will be deducted from your bank account on a monthly basis, starting from the second month and continuing for the subsequent 11 months.
Within the first month, you may cancel the direct debit arrangement at any time. This agreement shows that you agree to then pay £18 for a subsequent 11 months before enrolling in a new 12-month contract. This contract will automatically renew and requires you to cancel your subscription within a 30-day period before the new contract begins. If you do not cancel your subscription, we will assume you are requiring a new 12-month contract.
If you believe there is an error in the amount debited from your account, please contact us regarding the disputed transaction. We will promptly investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Failure to maintain up-to-date payment information or repeated failure of direct debit payments may result in suspension or termination of our services. We reserve the right to take the necessary actions to recover any outstanding payments.
By enrolling and providing payment information, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Payment and Direct Debit Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be subject to periodic updates, and any changes will be communicated to you in advance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
